Director of ROC Love Will End Abortion
I have been married to my husband John for 51 years. We have 10 Children, 32 grandchildren, with 2 on the way, and 3 great grandchildren. Our Catholic faith is our foundation.
I became involved in the pro-life movement in the early 80's when we lived downstate. My growing work for life coincided with my growing faith.
My pro-life activity has always centered around the desire to make our society aware of the evil of abortion and efforts to help those most affected by it.
Currently, I'm director of ROC Love Will End Abortion. We are Christians responding in a reasonable way to suffering. Our organization supports women who have decided against abortion, but feel trapped, alone and desperate. We train and schedule advocates to reach out to everyone entering our local Planned Parenthood with love and information.
We have a Mom Mentor program that walks with these women offering friendship and resources.
We are there to support, affirm and empower women to have their babies.
If we loved these women, cared for them, saw them, if we recognized the dignity of all people, abortion would be unthinkable.
